These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as “you” or “your”) and Studio Biarritz (referred to as “Studio Biarritz, “we, “us” or “our”). The audiovisual footage that you can upload by using the website is referred to as “content” and the Deep Soup project is referred to as the “project”.
By uploading content to our website, you agree to the below terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all, please refrain from uploading any material.
By uploading content, you hereby grant access to our organisation to access, view and use your content.
You hereby grant your rights to us and waive against us and any legal successor any claim you may have with respect to the recording, reproduction, publication, and exploitation of the content. We therefore have the unrestricted right to record, reproduce, publish, distribute, and exploit (fragments/parts of) the content—whether edited and/or dubbed or subtitled—worldwide, in perpetuity, commercially or otherwise, by all currently known and future media; all without your prior consent, involvement, or cooperation.
You agree in advance to the transfer of this agreement to a subsidiary or sister organization of Studio Biarritz.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to Studio Biarritz. This privacy statement provides information about the personal information that we collect, and the ways in which we use that personal information.
While uploading content to the website, you are asked to enter your name and your email address. You are not obliged to fill this information to upload content.
If you choose to share your name, the name will be used in the credits of the project if the content is used in the final form of the project. If you do not wish for your name to appear in the credits, please omit this information.
If you choose to share your email address, you give approval for us to contact you and give you updates about the project. We will not use your email for purposes outside of the project. If you do not wish for us to contact you regarding the project, please omit this information.
Where Studio Biarritz discloses your personal information to its agents or sub-contractors for these purposes, the agent or sub-contractor in question will be obligated to use that personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement.
In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere above, Studio Biarritz may disclose your personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights.
Studio Biarritz will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We will store all the personal information you provide on secure servers.
CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS
Information that Studio Biarritz collects may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which Studio Biarritz operates to enable the use of the information in accordance with this privacy policy.
